Rare Hardy Barton 3.25” Dry Fly Reel c1930s – with contrasting light alloy finish drum face -fitted with correct off set brass ribbed foot stamped Pat No. 579406 as required by Dr E A Barton, President of The Fly Fishers Club - 3 screw drum latch, reverse tapered black handle, rim tension brake adjuster, 4 screw nickel rectangular line guide fitted into the frame, stamped no.17 to the rear of the back drum flange – some slight bag wear to the rear drum rim – runs very smoothly – hence overall (G). Note: Records show that only 109 reels were made between 1934 & 1939
