Former copy of the Manchester Public Library with their bookplate pasted to front, usual stamps to plate. no stamps to title page. Contains numerous photographic plates. Original blue/green cloth with gilt titles to spine and front board. Light fading to spine, with library index marking on spine. Light bumping to corners otherwise very good. Very good clean copy inside. R.E Parry was Late Indian Army Reserve of Officers; sometime Acting Captain and Adjutant 2/15th Ludhiana Sikhs. Sometime Attached 35th Sikhs.
