WWII German Hermann Göring’s Personal Collection Items 1945 obtained from his personal collection of looted items, stamped ‘Cette Piece Provient des collections personelles d’Hermann GOERING au Berghof. Berchtesgaden 4-5-1945. Pour authentification a Duexieme Division Blindee G 5’, stamped in blue ink to the bottom left, War booty taken by the French 2nd Armored Division at Berchtesgaden, the items appear to have been cut from documents and are calligraphy initials ‘M’ and ‘H’, stuck to paper, mounted and within large folders. The ‘M’ measures 2.5 x 2.5cm approx. with the background depicting a skeletal figure and gentleman reaching for the same vase/beaker, with books on a desk, the ‘M’ a more floral decorative design with a squatting figure between the initial, both extremely clear and in good condition (2)
